Great coffee, just love the seating outside under the trees watching the bird life, love the toasted Turkish, keep up the great work. Staff are very helpful and friendly.
I love this place. The coffee is great, the service is friendly and comfortable and I love the outside sitting area – a quiet, shadyoasis off the Highway. The cakes are to die for, especially the carrot cake. Great work ladies!
Very friendly service 😉 good coffee. Quiet little spot just off the highway which is well decorated, secluded and set back enough that it is quiet . Worth a visit
Popped by for early lunch. Waited over half an hour for the so called ‘jadwigas famous pancakes’ and poached eggs. Came in before a group of 10 men whom which got their coffee and food before us! The poached eggs was more like boiled eggs and the pancakes more like crepes! The strawberries they tasted toxic like they were old and off and they had coated it with sugar. Unimpressive and overpriced. Don’t waste your time or money especially since the wait staff and service is absolutely disgusting. The girls all have a bad attitude!!
Well i will never dine there again talk bout RUDE , one lady stuck her head in the fridge and refused to come out to serve , and the other hid out the back until she realized we weren’t going anywhere , she came to the counter and didn’t say a word ,it was just to much for her , we placed an order and found a table (all tables were dirty )so we asked for it to be wiped clean she ignored us ,so we waited for her to come back with our order and asked again she just proceeded to put our food onto the table so we asked for her to clean the table before she placed the food on the table which she didn’t like having to go back to the kitchen to get a cloth , seriously you shouldn’t be there , give someone else the job in which they may appreciate it, or perhaps the owner should be there to control what is happening when she is not there on a Monday . You have more negative comments then positives in your reviews ,don’t you think its time to look at what is happening at your cafe. By the way three young men came in after us and she peeved them up the wall as well, looks like you lost there custom as well .
Stopped for brunch. Had pancakes, bruschetta and the vege breakfast at our table. Expensive and failed to impress. Bruschetta was just not great. Tomatoes were not fresh and crisp. Vege breakfast eggs bad, baked beans tasted artifical crappy like, mushrooms were overlooked but still tasty. Pancakes kids hated them and thought they lacked taste and flavour. Despite being served with cream and maple syrup the pancake itself was floury. Disappointed as place looks the part but food failed to impressed
Awesome coffee with awesome service. I went with a client recently and the food and service were spectacular. I had a coffee in a mug and a slice of lemon brulee fresh and prompt to our table. the next day I tried a toasted bacon/egg sandwich fresh and tasty. The staff are very friendly and the prices are good. Did not know about this hiddden gem on Great Northern Hwy Herne hill. petrol Station at the front.
