Finally I managed to try their puff both matcha and raspberry. Now I know why this bakery was so crowded in the early morning when I came. They had the best matcha puff. I am usually a bit worried with dessert sold in Au since they usually taste too sweet for me. This matcha puff is a different thing. The matcha flavour was strong yet in the right amount so I could enjoy its bitterness. The sweetness was just right. One thing that I disliked was the jelly thing inside the puff. I am actually not sure what it was but it looked like a jelly which was way too sweet. It burdened the whole taste of the puff. The raspberry cream had similar amount of sweetness. It was light and not too sweet. The puff itself was crunchy and perfectly suited the cream. I wish they opened their store in brisbane.
Guess I have to hop on the 5 star bandwagon here because this place is amazing. It’s the smallest cutest takeaway cafe with a prime location bordering hyde park. The best part is that they dont overcharge you for the location, as everything was quite cheap even. Highly recommend the iced latte on a hot day (and only $5!!) and the lychee and raspberry puff. Service was amazing as well, theres no wonder this place was packed out. Also biocups #creationcare
Dropped by for the 1st time into this lil bakery and it wasnt a disappointment.I ordered x2 coffees and a matcha yuzu chu puff,very generous filling of matcha creme and inside the puff theres a yuzu jelly.the chu puff is well balanced i really enjoyed it and also the coffees were great definitely be back to try the lychee flavour.
