Maybe that are great at selling bikes but not so much the coffee. There were about 6 cyclists waiting for coffee and this seemed to completely overwhelm the barista. Pity as the coffee is ok.
I had been searching for a good little place to get a toastie and get ya fix delivers. The Jaffles are great if you are looking for a nice fix!! We went here on a Sunday morning and entered what we thought was a bicycle shop come coffe shop as there are bicycles on display on the wall and throughout the shop so you dont know if its priority is bicycles or food!! The place was quiet when we arrived but a small queue quickly formed. When ordering. I thought the ordering took quite sometime which could be improved on as everyone is only ordering a toastie and coffee. The selection of jaffles was different to the norm and I was impressed with the selections. I chose the contador (all the food is named after famous cyclists) which had a beef pattie, pickles, onions, ketchup and American melt cheese and boy did it taste delicious. Best I have had in a long long time. The coffee was good too. Some find it weird that they provide a side of potato chips with the jaffle but I dont and think it is a nice addition fir a side snack. They do bagels and smoothies also. Pros – jaffles taste and selection of fillings different to the standard places. Coffee good. Cons – bottled juice only, area minimum for sitting, time ordering.4/5 will definitely go back.
Ordered the Green Machine, hot chocolate and friands on Ubereats. Toastie was amazing! Friands were too good! and there was no extra charge for swapping to almond milk for the hot chocolate, which was delicious and still hot 😀
Went for a ride with a mate and he wanted to stop off for a coffee and I was feeling hungry. I grabbed the ‘uncle kraut’ jaffle, which came with some chips and a pickle. The taste was good and would probably get it again. Very friendly place for cyclists
Hosted a function after hours here. Such a great space, the boys are super accomodating and helpful. Would highly recommend if you are in the market for a smaller function venue.
The coffee is magnificent! For selfish reasons I havent written a review for this place as I still enjoy not having to line up and wait for ages. Cool bike shop too , like the masculine feel to it.
Stopped in for a lil breakfast and chilled at the side bench of this cool cafe. Enjoyed the water tap and camping cups! The jaffles were yum and liked the chips and pickle on the side.
