Have you been seeing glorious fried mi goreng chicken baogers on your feed? They belong to none other than Sixty Grams ! Ordinary burger buns are substituted with white steamed buns and they are sensational! The Gila’s chicken thigh is marinaded in a sweet soy chilli concoction, then crumbed with a mi goreng mix and deep-fried. The result is a perfect little fried chicken patty with a golden crunchy salty mi goreng batter, topped with siracha mayo. I dare you say that you won’t smack that.The Loco Moco is a tad less impressive, containing a grilled beef patty, creamy mac n cheese, sunny side up egg and mushroom gravy. C. and I find the mac n cheese hard to eat because it goes soggy quickly and is messy to bite into. They should crumb and deep-fry it so that it stays together and add a crunch element to the baoger.
