We found the Shack in Rockingham on the 4th April 2017, we ordered the Spicy Parmy, it was a real fresh chicken breast fillet, and it was cooked to perfection.Colin the Manager is an upbeat hands on Manager, who really seems to love his work, which is relayed in the handling of his clientele, which in my opinion is second to none. His staff are also full of zest with customer service being their number one priority.We have since been back to Shack Rockingham three times in seven days. It is now our number one Bar & Grill.
Came passed on my way after the moviesgood valued cocktails $10.00 today..Friday :)Really enjoyed the Caveman pizza and my husband enjoyed his Bring It On Burger. Good tunes playing and happy relax vibes from this place.Very Very good service from the staff…will be back
I had few meals already at the Local Shack, all of them were very tasty, fresh and served fast. Service is friendly, helpful and professional -especially manager. I would recommend it to everyone.
Been to the Local Shack a few times. Not a fan of the food or the watered down juices and smoothies. The coffee is bitter. The last time I went I ordered a chai latte and it was spilt all over me and the floor when it was brought to the table. It wasn’t cleaned up properly so we moved table as it was dripping through the gaps in the table top onto the both of us. Even after having the drink spilt over me and there only being a small amount left I was still charged for it.
Came here for lunch on a Saturday and had burgers. Food was delicious, hot, and came out in a timely manner. The staff were excellent and attentive. Great experience and will go again.
I have been a few times now I love the food and the staff are amazing all ways happy to go above and be on and for my family one with coming My favourite is the monkey business chips yum Yum
Very good service with minimal wait time, waffles are delicious , good healthy eat for the whole family with a reasonable price.Staff are friendly and are keen to help at a moments notice.
