I was yet to find a good Chinese restaurant in the Joondalup area and now I’ve found one.I have had this Chinese twice now and haven’t’ been disappointed, love the sauce in the satay chicken, and the honey chicken is yum. I’ll def be back.
This is our third time here the food is above average for western Chinese but the service is so poor. We had to wait 20 mins for a drink order and then food longer . All because they put more in Uber eats take away and other home delivery company’s and for the restaurant customers are left feeling second class . Very Poor Kim Hee Chinese Restaurant currambine
Preordered two large fried rice – price was $17, was told 25 min to pick up. Havent been for many years. Arrived on time and advised not ready. Waiting area as full and people standing waiting. Waited… waited… eventually after waiting half an hour (1 hour since ordering), I went to the counter. Asked another customer who was evidently not happy and waiting, she was told 25 min when she ordered. Reception provided no explanation or apology but provided they are told to say 25 min by the manager. I asked for the manager who advised the football game was the issue… I advised this was not the reason and was unfair to give false expectation to its customers and not realistic times because they may lose customers. Absolutely terrible service and rice was average compared to what we have had elsewhere. Will never go there again!
I made a phone order tonight and was told 10-15 minutes. I waited 1 hour 10 minutes and my order still wasn’t ready. I wasn’t alone. At least 8 other people had been waiting for a long time too, some longer than me. People who ordered after me were being served first and every order that came out had something wrong or missing. I eventually walked out and will not be going back. I’ll give them 1/10 because one staff did say sorry.
had the satay beef and the lemon chicken. Food was good and the portion was great for the price! definitely recommend. satay beef could of had a bit more beef
By far the best Chinese I have had in Perth, always fresh and nice staff. Quick delivery also. Would recommend. Have been ordering from here for 3 years and have not had a bad meal yet
This place has the best satay chicken i have ever eaten. Swear to god. If you come here and you dont like satay chicken then you are an animal
