If ever there was a case for putting one of those beware of dog plaques with the angry looking feral pic on it at the entry to a bar then this place is it. Looking through other reviews from 2014,15,16,17 it is clear that there is an endemic issue here with the barman. As a small business owner in a suburban strip with a reliance on repeat business and word of mouth wouldnt you be doing backflips to please your customers rather than barking at then when they order a drink or ask where the water is ?? Well now the trend continues in 2018 with another unhappy customer ( infact a whole group) but dont worry about 2019 too much because there may well be no customers left to offer up an opinion by then.NEVER AGAIN
I was the neigbourhood and decided to pop in for a drink after our art event. Nice funky pub with interesting objects and inviting furniture. Children and dogs were all enjoying it too! I was unsure about wine choice and the bartender was happy to give me a taste beforehand. I went with the choice of the Sicilian wine; different but very good. Will come back if in the area.
