Had a wonderful evening here tonight, food was great restored my faith in Indian food after some of the restaurants I have been to lately, staff were so accommodating, I happened to mention my interest on cooking Indian food and the chef came to our table to give me hints and tips and show me some of their herb mixes. Picked up on his passion for his food and it showed though in the meal we had. Recommend to all to visit
We have only eaten in once but get takeaway regularly. Food is always delicious and fresh. Plenty of vegetarian options and most dishes are gluten free.
Excellent service. The person attending made sure everyone in the group was fed and had drinks. This is despite a very big group.Standard food and good ambience.
Friendly service by the owner, great food, very authentic Indian food. The food came out very quick and the guy owner who served us was very friendly. We will definitely come again to try something else. My fave was the lamb vindaloo. It was spicy as I expected from vindaloo and the lamb was soooo soft.
We had dinner here last night. The food was excellent. We liked the fact that this restaurant serves something a bit different. For entree we had the tandoori broccoli and the brinjal bhajis. Both were delicious. For mains we had the lamb cutlets, chicken curry, lamb rogan josh and aloo gohbi. All the food was fantastic. The service was very friendly. We will definitely go back.
We went to Varq Indian restaurant tonight for a fantastic meal with the whole family! Great food, great service, great price. We will definitely be back. Thanks guys.
So! Some friendly person from Varq had contacted me via Instagram to check them out so I duly did so tonight. THE most unhelpful ladies at the counter. I was asking if they had any signature curries other than the butter chickens and rogan joshes you can get at any Indian restaurant. One lady had to get another lady who was as (un)helpful as the first. I politely said I’d come back and eat in instead one day and bid them good day.
