Never never…… Come on kalamunda what happened to your reputation….. Never again…..Went there for breakfast Sunday morning,big mistake no butter for your toast,mushrooms so watery that the toast was soggy as the toast is not served on the side your whole breakfast sits on non buttered soggy toast.I should of taken a photo of the bacon and sausage they were totally dead even before they were served…………..Whitlst there they managed to lose another set of customers so thats 4 customers in 45 mins that will never return.
Save your money and eat at home, customer service 3/10 getting the order right 2/10 and then being over charged.How can you stuff up toast
Went to this cafe today after trying two other cafes nearby that were not serving full menu and closing early !Crema cafe needs someone on the till taking orders that can speak. The girl serving didn’t say much not sure if she knew what she was doing.We had quiche, chips and coffee which was good, they had no ham cheese croissant left and this was mid morning.
Closed early during the week!. We were looking for someplace for coffee in Kalamunda. It was only 3.15pm on Friday. Sadly, Crema was closed at this time. There was a support local poster on the window and I was trying to work out if this was serious or not. I wanted to spend my money locally only to find this cafe was shut at a ridiculously early time. I wont bother with this place again.
Lazy, teenage staff, poor attitudes. Had to ask 4 times for the same thing as i was allergic to something on it and they kept scraping it off and trying to disguise it. Will kill people with their laziness and even their softdrink is out of date. Just close the doors and be done with it guys15 Mar, 2013Staff cant listen to orders. Been twice and asked for pancakes, no almonds due to allergies and fruit on the side. First time it came out covered in almonds, sent it back and got attitude. Second time, got it also with almonds, sent it back and got pancakes that has had almonds picked off. Explained that i cant eat it as im allergic and wanted fresh ones. Got them back woth the top one freah and tge rest cold. Avoid!!!!
Me too. I agree crema needs to leava, dirty floor poor service amd staff with attitude
