Ordered coffee and toasted sandwich. Coffee came 10 minutes later. Toasted sandwich didn’t come until we asked them 30 minutes later. Good customer service. Just very slow service.
Don’t bother. Scalding hot, burnt. One of the worst I’ve had. Bewildered looking staff, no sense of hygiene. Three different staff members touched the rim of my cup before it reached me.
Nothing special, but it is the only place that is ALWAYS open. Everything is sorta generic but it does the job! Staff are very friendly there and it’s one of those places locals frequent. Very convenient.
We stumbled across this cafe after a hike in the hills which had ruined our appetite. Between the two we ordered only the burger & the staff were lovely about it. The burger was delicious, the chips crunchy & a VERY generous & fresh salad. The chef & girls there were very pleasant & friendly, would definitely come back(:
Food was not edible, drinks undrinkable, and staff, manager, chef and owner who do not care! Paid a lot of money and left without consuming a thing! We ordered ceasar salads, one chicken, that was so old and dry, both filled with burnt bits of bread – assume they were meant to be croutons!- neither had Parmesan, the smallest trace of dressing, and mine was strangely filled with chunks of old tomato and huge bites of red onion. When I asked the waiter about my salad he said he’d never had a cesar salad so didn’t know how they should come! When we sent the food back we were offered a piece of cake! No replacement meals, no apology, no refund. We left our room temperature iced coffees on the table and our whole family left hungry – and were being stared at by all staff and chefs- who now had nothing to do as we we’re the only customers – strange as it was 1pm on a busy Saturday in kalamunda! But understandable!
Tried this place again after being told the owners were new and much nicer. They are very nice people but the iced coffees we received were about the worst I’ve ever experienced. Watery and tasteless. Could have been an off day so….Gave it another go today and got a hot mocha. The coffee was bitter and there was no chocolate to speak of.
The staff were miserable and pricing was rather steep for a small cafe in the hills.Food was tasty and tea was lovely which helped the cause.
