The food wasn’t the best and to make things worse, the customer service is beyond bad. Bought some take-away and the owner the ignored me when I asked for cutlery. Only after awhile, she grabbed some chopsticks and threw it on the bench and continued what she was doing. Had such a horrible experience. Not going to come back again nor would I recommend this to anyone.
5:30 pm on a thursday and the food is old, mushy and very unappetising. Broccoli & Cauliflower the main ingredients. $15 for a bottle of water and 2 choices, exorbitant. Wont be visiting again.
Wouldnt eat there again. Monday I ordered two beef dishes plus noodles in a takeaway container. There was plenty of flavour (msg no doubt) but the beef didn’t seem right, as if it had been washed or tenderised like eating soggy cardboard is the only way I can describe.. Definitely not fresh. To make matters worse, the same night I started getting a sore throat , this proceeded Tuesday,Wednesday by Thursday I was at the docs with full blown tonsilitis.. Can I be 0 certain I got sick from their food, No. However I will not take that chance and will choose not to eat there again.
Having spent the major part of my working life in SE Asia & eating primarily in the food hawker stalls, I can say that the Nasi Goreng served up here is, with out a doubt, some of the best I have eaten! The first time I tried it, I closed my eyes & could imagine I was back in Singapore!! The smokey taste of the wok….the crispy prawns….the beautifully cooked fried egg on top!!!!!!! What a great dining experience!WallyBullsbrook
