Ordered a flat white and hot chips takeaway. After sitting there for 10 minutes the staff member clicks that she should probably call the order through to the cook staff. Chips arrive 3 minutes later under cooked no crunch and hard inside, in the bin. The flat white was drowned in chocolate powder and very foamy, basically a cappuccino. Yeah not a fan.
Was very annoyed and disgusted with the service and food in food on Q. My workmate and I were expecting to enjoy our food in the establishment as we never requested for take away. I asked for a ham and cheese panini and my workmate asked for the chicken panini. When the food was ready it was handed to us in a paper bag pretty much informing us we were not welcome to eat there. Absolutely appalled, we arrived to our vehicle. Opened the ‘bag’ and realised even though I’d asked for the ham and cheese I got an unwelcome addition of some sort of marmalade which I was unable to eat. My workmate also realised the chicken panini he ordered was in fact a lamb or a beef panini. This place is an absolute joke with unfriendly staff who obviously doesn’t know what the customer wants. We will never eat there again $30 in the bin which is all the food deserves.
