Beautiful service and great food! Gluten free everything. Recommend to all my coeliac friends and will continue coming here. Really big portions but friendly waitresses are more than happy to get you a takeaway container for you to save for later.
Amazing! Been here on a number of occasions and have never been let down. The Pad Thai is to die for. Great variety on the menu and very kid friendly. Especially when they can eat for free.
Didn’t expect a lot but they delivered and then some!Came here for dinner before a late flight (wanted somewhere close to airport) and we pleasantly surprised!Food was simple and tasty (with a few ‘fancier’ meals on the menu also) waiters we’re attentive and friendly and drinks were reasonably priced.Didn’t realise it was also in the entertainment book which was an added bonus.
First time at The Kewdale. I’ll never come back on a Saturday night again. I am not a football person at all, and on each screen around the place was either a football game or rugby game, with the occasional loud whoop from one group or another. Hoodie as a pinnacle of your fashion choice? You bet. At least half the crowd was sporting a hoodie. The food, though, was definitely better than first impression of the establishment. My partner had the Chicken Ballotine (Vchicken breast stuffed with a ricotta and spinach mixture, sitting on a bed of polenta), while I had the Cajun Squid (Cajun spiced squid and sweet potato fries). Very nice, and didn’t take forever to come to the table. The desert (Petits Fours) and Hot Chocolate was a bit of a let down. The Chocolate Macarons were a touch too hard, though the gooey chocolate centre was yum. The little red velvet cake with the hard brittle pieces on top was passable but nothing special, but the brittle pieces were too hard and chewy. The little square pieces of cake were okay but, again, nothing special or memorable.
I love eating here, the food is very good and very reasonably priced. Wether its a counter lunch or in the restaurant. The staff are very friendly and offer great service, Definitely in my top 10 haunts to eat at in Perth
My partner and I do really enjoy the food at the kewdale, which is a shame because the service there has gone down hill, we went here Friday night just gone, we waited 40 mins for our entree, we ended up a ceiling or mains because after 1 hour they hadn’t even started to cook it, apparently they weren’t expending any booking and heaps of people just turned up, & they only had one chef on… Not good enough excuse for lack of organisation. The owner/manager really needs to get a job description in place the poor staff are run of there feet trying to do everything. Stop trying to save on wages and hire more staff.
The barman recommended the laksa which was only $15 ( cheapest on the menu) and it was great. Just the right amount of spice lots of chicken and the right size for lunch. Nice clean hotel with great service and clean tidy toilets.
