The only positive is the staff are very friendly. Food is ordinary and hit and miss when ‘take away’. Don’t feel you get value for money, noodle dish is all noodles, hardly any other ingredients. Stodgy and not very fresh. Resturant is not very clean and found a dead fish floating in the fish tank. Had take away a few times (for convenience) in the hope it might get better but unfortunately it hasn’t, so won’t be going back.
Food quite nice, but the tables are too close together. Me and the wife visited here, the staff were very welcoming, the food is nice, not bad value either. The problem is that the tables are way too close for a relaxed dining experience, I was essentially sat at the table next to me as well as my own, not conducive to a private conversation at all. Gets very loud when busy. Might get a takeaway next time.

Worst. Chinese. Ever. Complete opposite of lotus Connolly. Don’t waste your money!!!!!!! I much prefer Connolly Chinese or the other Woodvale shops Chinese.
This was the most disappointing meal I have ever had. Everything we ordered was terrible … Even the prawn crackers were stale….
Good for value. Me and my friends had been here for years when we starving Chinese and it always superb here. The food is delicious as always, especially the salt and chilli squid which recommend from the waitress last night was crunchy and tasty, crispy chicken with black vinegar also very delicious with hot steamed rice. The San choy bow in a lettuce cup for entrees was excellent and the most amazing thing is service here, they are super fast, friendly and so helpful. You also can take away your left over food if you want, the size of food is huge which 2 of us can’t finished. We enjoyed to have dinner here all the times, good service and good for value, definitely will be back very soon:)
Yuck,,,,. The food is discussing , satay no flavour, Mongolian, sizzling it same sauce . The chef wearing glasses is filthy serving food with apron , the kitchen very noise sometime I can here them talk very loud. Please! Note don’t go the anymore.
