Whilst the produce is fairly good, a lot of it is not very traditional. Vegemite scrolls in Europe are hard to come by. Sweets wrapped in glad wrap neither. When you walk in it just doesnt have a stand out feel. Could be pretty much any bakery. The bread is good though. The customer service is average. Got there 3 seconds after they closed door and still had till open and bread on racks and they just looked at me. Didnt even say yes or no. The man said something in an Eastern European language. Im sorry but with 3 other bakeries in the same shopping complex, you need to up your standards a bit. They think they are better than they actually are. You can only pay cash well. Need to join the 21st century. We all have to pay taxes.
This is the best ever gluten free bakery in Perth. The croissants are amazing. The sausage roll is the best ever and the apple tart tastes glorious. If you live in Perth region and are coeliac or gluten intolerant make a day trip of it. Worth travelling a couple of hours just to get the amazing food. Better than gluten free products I’ve had in Melbourne, Sydney, Rome, Barcelona etc..
