Service was pleasant; atmosphere was lovely. I usually never give such a low score but unfortunately my friend and I only ordered chai lattes…. It was pretty much just frothy milk (one soy, one regular) with cinnamon on top… absolutely no taste/infusion of the spice blend you get from a good chai. May have been an off night by the barista.
