I only really come here because it is the only coffee place in proximity to where I go to grab food. The coffee is very good – but I find the customer service very lacklustre. I have been waiting numerous times for coffees and witnessed staff poorly explain the cafe’s catering services to interested customers. It has also been dead quiet and still taken ages to make my coffee (the only order). I’ve worked as a barista, I know how long it takes.Something is really missing with the staff – I am unsure if it is management or just a collective attitude from the staff.
Came here yesterday and tried their coffee and cupcake. Coffee was surprisingly good but the cupcake was a disappointment. The cake was dry like as if it’s been a week old. There was a play area for the kids which is a plus for the mothers.
