The Zeewijk Training Restaurant is an essential part of the training for our hospitality and commercial cookery students. Students are required to participate in every aspect of managing the restaurant from taking bookings to menu planning and preparing the meals in our skills kitchen. For the past three consecutive years the Restaurant has been a finalist in the Gold Plate Awards which is a high regarded and successful hospitality awards program Australia wide.
