Stopped past this place while in Margaret river. Really nice inside, we sat looking out at the rain while sitting next the fire. Tapas food was very tasty and nicely presented, and the mulled wine was delicious.
Food was really, really good! Loved the saffron pasta – was probably the most different pasta I’ve ever had. Love that many of their dishes feature local produce!
We stumbled into MR after the drive from Perth. We were hungry but too early for many of the restaurants. Armed with gluten free restrictions we were not hopeful. But then Elkamo appeared. The warm air, music and relaxed atmosphere welcomed us. The 2 staff we met were friendly and helpful. The barman was keen to create a mocktail for my daughter when asked. The waitress was bubbly. The food didn’t disappoint either. All 5 tapas dishes were lovely. The meat board interesting and quality meat with perky sides. Crackling just, well, crackled. The bonus was the happy hour from 5-6. Even at full price the food is good value but in happy hour it’s borderline sensational. Thanks for a lovely evening. This place deserves so much better than its current 3.2 rating. Good luck.
Excellent service and the food was very generous and tasty. Only wish we had capacity to try everything on the menu. The cocktails were super yummy as well
Had two cocktails which were delicious! The drinks menu is extensive and if I had more time and money I would try them all. Chips were delicious, beer batter with rosemary. Only popped in for a drink but I’m sure dinner here would also be lovely. Ambience is nice, featuring some funky and flashy art on the walls. Service prompt and friendly.
