We had really nice fried snapper and squid. The chips were crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy inside. Just delicious. The size of the meals was generous. Efficient and friendly service. Highly recommended.
highly recommend their salt&pepper squid with aoili sauce. when not busy, it only takes around 5 minutes and its ready. so delicious! we will always come back here.
The food was way too oily for my liking struggled to get something to eat it with other than fingers as they don’t do a knife and fork. Removed all the outside batter off so as to get to the fish. Would not go again.
Friend and I got takeaway dinner here on the night we arrived in Margaret River. Feeling a bit hungry, we got the gourmet box for two ($47), two drinks ($5 each) and two sauces ($2 each) for $59.Best part was the fish. We both enjoyed the crispy and fresh, sizeable snapper fillet that had endless crunch. Grilled prawns and scallop were also fresh but nothing special. The squid had potential to be great but were a bit soft instead of crispy. Sauces were expensive for the amount you get.
Went to squid lips MR whilst staying down here. Ordered a fish n chips for one. Fish was lovely. Chips not so, they were the worst chips I’ve ever eaten. They looked old, overcooked and inedible. Very disappointed
