Smoothie bowls at long last ! They are now located in Kings street Perth CBD and have around 6 different types of bowls which is deliciously filling and burst with freshness. I do however feel that $13 is a bit of a steal for a smoothie bowl and the service was probably not the best. For me it would take some time to go back as I was prepared to try it out every morning untill Ive worked through the menu but maybe only once in a blue moon now.
Ordered the OG acai bowl. Acai mixture was a little on the sour side and disappointed with the frozen raspberries on top. Used to be my fav bowl at the old location, something’s changed. . Will have to try the lunch salad bowls as they looked very popular
Love love the menu and the store set up! Luckily there was the menus at the table though cause the writing on the menus on the walls are tiny and couldn’t read a word. BUT food was delicious!! They were super busy and the staff seemed a little flustered (running out of ingredients and people taking the wrong orders) but once they’ve settled into a routine, wait times will probably drop (I waited for about 20 mins). My salmon poke bowl was delicious and watching one of the staff members make a smoothie bowl had me drooling, will defs be back to try one next time!
I love the new change in stores, the old one was way too small but the new place is perfect! The staff and service were great and the food was amazing!! I had the frost boy and a brown rice chicken and salad bowl. I would 10/10 recommend, the atmosphere is great and I can’t wait to go back
Bowl’n is one of the few places I know that makes smoothie bowls in the CBD. While I’m neither a vegan nor a vegetarian, I was okay to give it a go because 1. It’s healthy, and 2. I have yet to try smoothie bowls. I’ve been here a few times since they opened, it is okay, nothing really special or over the top. The space is too tiny though, and the consistency of the smoothie bowls are sometimes runny. Maybe on my next visit, there will be something new or different on the menu.
Ive been here several times and loved it. Such a good idea to grab a quick healthy breakfast before work. Ive tried a few different smoothie bowls and they all have so much flavor and quite sweet and refreshing which I like. My favorite is the U-Tah
Best smoothie bowl I have EVER had! (& trust me I have tried a few 😉 ) if you blink you will miss this place (tucked in between Nandos & Jamie’s Italian.) There are 6 smoothies to choose from and trust me it was a hard choice to make. I settled on the dragonfruit because I was after something refreshing and a little different. The bowl ticked all the smoothie boxes. Super chilled, great consistency, plenty of toppings. It wasn’t served quickly but it’s nice when cafes take there time to prep your meal well. The 2 girls behind the counter were certainly kept busy.Took me 20minutes to power through the bowl and it remained thick and chilled even towards the end. I think we can all agree that it sucks when you don’t have enough milk to eat with your cereal…well I feel the same way with smoothie bowl toppings. Not enough toppings means lack of texture and the disappointment of just being left with the sludge. Thankfully this was not the case. The place has a laid back beach shack decor with a large rowing boat dangling from the roof. It only has table which facilitates good convos with strangers believe it or not! Ended up meeting a lovely girl who was having her pre-work breaky and chatted for 20mins over our bowlscool decor, facilitated convo, well priced juices, oats and raw food. 3 different sizes on offer mikaelaknightblog.wordpress.com
