Really like this place!It looks very unassuming, but the food here is really fresh and the flavours are amazing!Really cheap as well so this has become one of my favourite Friday night takeaway options.Teriyaki Chicken Bento box is a winner!
3.1 ratingIt’s ok . A simple lunch bar place near my place of work. We ordered tofu salad which was nice. Salmon roll was slightly fishy. I think the salmon could be fresher. The katsu salad was ok. Service and quality is alright though nothing to rave about. Affordable lunch when you are around the neighbourhood.
This place is cute! Great takeaway and the chicken curry I got was really yummy. It’s difficult to find a take away place with good quality. ill definitely return here
Best Japanese I have had in a long time. Went here with a couple of friends and couldn’t fault it. Katsu curry was the best! Will definitely be going back for my weekly Japanese fix.
Just had the salmon sushi and katsu chicken donburi. Absolutely delicious!!! Salmon was super fresh and very good quality. Highly recommend this place!!!
I cant believe I haven’t reviewed this place, given that we get takeaway from here at least fortnightly. The food is always fresh and delicious, and we have never had a bad meal! I can’t go past the salmon sushi, but the katsu curry, and various bento’s also get a good run. The sweet lady owner is always friendly and lovely. Last night we went quite late and bagged some cheap gyoza and sushi that hadn’t been picked up. I flippin’ love zao san.
After searching in here for a new place to try I settled on Zao-San and I was not disappointed. I had the Teriyaki Chicken Bento and it was delicious. The service couldn’t be faulted as the lady behind the counter was all smiles and very welcoming. Will definitely be back for more….yum….belly full.
