Beautiful place along the beach and amazing food. Went here for dinner so couldn’t fully enjoy the views but the building looked very fancy all lit up and the food was a 10 out of 10. I highly recommend the burger after a long drive down. 🙂

I ordered a Beef and Reef requesting the steak to be rare. Steak was medium and the meal was not spectacular. With Hyblas reputation for their beef I was disappointed and would not pay $42.90
We were drawn in by the pretty lights and the cosy looking ambience on a cold, rainy night in Middleton Beach.Hybla offers classic pub food done really well. I went for the fish and chips and my partner went for the chicken parmigiana. The fish and chips were done really well with a nice crispy batter on the fish, well-seasoned chips and fresh-tasting salad. My partner enjoyed his parma, but it looked very thick and said it could’ve done with more tomato sauce to offset the thickness of the schnitzel.Service was friendly, and it was the one place we’ve been to around Albany that was still buzzing after 8 pm. We enjoyed it, and I would recommend it over other pub feeds in the area.
