Always a great curry! The closest curry you can get to a British curry. We live round the corner and go this place a lot! Family and friends love it!

Shikara has become one of my favourite local restaurants and I’ve become quite a familiar face. The food is absolutely delicious, I’ve tried a range of things on the menu and have no complaints for any of them. I always use the 2 for $50 docket deal and the amount of food for 2 people is amazing, as well as a drink each, such great value. I always get the chicken tikka masala, it’s to die for!The staff are so welcoming and lovely, nothing nicer than being remembered the next time you dine in a restaurant.
Hubs and I went here last night. Had the $50 couples dinner . Entree Chicken 65 was delicious . Mains butter chicken was yummy but a little to sweet lamb dish was yummy but also to sweet . Meal over all was good ! Service was EXCELLENT . Manners of the staff were great !! Restaurant is very clean and beautifully decorated ! Three complaints lettuce looked dead and it should be byo beer as its only byo wine and finally DONT TALK TO ME WHY IM EATING rude ex & co of hubs comes up to chat right as we eating SO FO PAR Lady & co !!
Great service and some lovely curries. Place was packed on a Thursday night but they easily looked after our table of 7. Slightly disappointed that the BYO doesn’t extend to beer (BYO wine only) and that can put the price up. However, they do a great deal on the back of the supermarket receipts and the wine that comes with it is good quality. We’ve tried a lot of Indian restaurants in the area recently and this is one of the best. Our Curry Safari rating 77%
Each dish I ordered here was absolutely vile. No one else in the family seemed to mind it so perhaps I’ve been exposed to a higher standard of Indian cuisine! Would never risk returning and trying again!
Had a great meal with my family last night first time at this place I was amazed Wednesday night was full on, Got our entrees , Chicken 65, Lamb chops and a few others which was an awesome experience , It was very busy wait a bit for our main but worth so fresh & delicious everything , very attentive service , very good food highly recommended to all my friend and family .
