Waiting close to an hour for our 3 meals and bottle of wine for lunch, only to be told our docket had been missed. Food (average food) arrived a short time after, when we queried where our wine was, we were told rudely to come to the counter as there was no transaction for the wine. We went up to the counter only to be argued with by the male manager on duty that it didnt get put through and called me a liar. I understand if it didnt get put through, mistakes happen, the issue was that we had double checked after ordering the wine that the transaction had gone through as it was paid for on a seperate card.. and were advised that yes it had definitely been put through. Then continue to be shut down and argued with by this manager who couldnt possibly admit he may have made a mistake, but that I was in the wrong and needed to give him a break.. we decided to just leave it as we clearly werent getting anywhere with it and return to our seats. The manager then approached us at our seat and told us again that the transaction wasnt put through which I accepted, it was the fact we both got told it had gone through.. and when I said to him that I just wanted to leave it he told me I came in being aggressive toward him.. Which there is no way I was being aggressive, I was only being confident in what I was stating. After being told I was aggressive I just said okay lets just let it go. He then returns inside only to stare me down every time he walks by. A simple issue that could have been resolved if the right management team was involved. Disgusted with the service and after all that the food was quite average. Regular customers who spend at least $100+ each visit, will not return after the way we have just been treated. That isnt good customer service

Had a great meal Saturday night. Service was great and lovely Canadian lady was our waitress. Could not have been more helpful. Menu was diverse and well priced.
Had breakfast here today and it was disappointing. I was put off my all the extras on the menu at inflated prices ($5 to add bacon for example), but decided to stay. I had eggs benni and had two tiny pieces of toast that were very dry and hard, and my friend sawed through her waffles even when covered in syrup. We told the waitress, but got no response from the kitchen. A tiny spoonful of tea leaves in a small pot yielded a poor cup of tea too. Altogether quite disappointing and poor value for money
Two out of two for the view. The decor is not welcoming, the food is below par and the service is terrible. Such a pity when we live locally. It would make a great wine bar or tapas if someone ran it properly. Its a gorgeous place to sit and watch the sunset, or watch the boats sail past. BUT the rest of it is not worth it. so sad.. Why can’t it be as good as the Indian Shakira right around the corner?? then we would have more food options at the marina.
Dropped by for lunch on the weekend. Place was half full, service was plentiful and prompt. Chilli mussels were the highlight: sauce was fresh, mussels were plump & juicy, and the garlic dipping loaf hit the spot. Fish & chips were well presented.Great value with the Entertainment card.The downside? Food took 30 mins to come out, which I hope will improve.
Very busy during breakfast time but didn’t disappoint. For breakfast it is a little overpriced but I still enjoyed my smashed avocado which varied (in a good way) from others. Will definitely visit again for lunch or dinner, the location is amazing!
