Ive been to chatters a few times before and was really surprised when the food literally came only 3 minutes after placing our order!!! It obviously proves the food is pre-made and most definitely not fresh…was very disappointed about that. The staff also seemed quite disinterested in been there and struggled to even get 10 words out of them!
Very disappointed, this used to be good food. Chicken was fatty & didn’t taste nice, chicken rice too oily without much added to it. I will not recommend to my friends again.
Thought we would support local but very disappointed. Food arrived 5 minutes after ordering so obviously pre made and reheated and tasted like it. They got the order wrong and were back in 5 mins with a replacement. There must be over a hundred items on the greasy dirty menu. They need to cut it back to around 30 and make it fresh and tasty. Won’t go back till they do.
