An excellent Chinese restaurant with a passionate and caring chef at the helm. If you’re looking for authentic, reasonably priced, and most importantly delicious Chinese food, look no further.
Excellent food, haven’t been disappointed yet. The mi goreng here is above and beyond any I have tried anywhere else and the portions are excellent. Only issue is perhaps the serve time, since it is made to order if you are with company you will have to wait around 7 minutes or so per dish to come out which can be an inconvenience to those who wish to eat at the same time. Open: Lunch=11:30am-2:30pm, Dinner= 5pm-9pm (since i haven’t seen this mentioned anywhere)
Better than expected. We got combination soup and singaporean mee fun (modified) as i picked and change the noodle type (so thats a plus as most places wont let you do that). Gotta be honest, when food arrived my partner actually said that the food didnt look very promising. But when we got home, its not bad at all, better than the look, he took back his word. Soup is tasty and quite packed, noodle is not greasy like most Chinese takeaway. Owner/cook is friendly and try to have little chat and get to know their customer. He said, they’re Chinese born in Vietnam. Food court looks abit dodgy and old but its got air con and big tv so its not too bad for when you need cheap quick food.
Great portion sizes. I’ve been there a few times now and I haven’t been dissappointed yet. The service is great, the food comes out very quickly and the portion sizes are huge for what you pay for. They’re also the only place in the food court that takes eftpos which is certainly a bonus. Definitely recommend it to everybody!
Friendly Service. Located on the corner of Russell and Walter Road West, this is a nice little food hall and is away from the hustle and bustle of Galleria. The laksa was ok and with the free chilli, you can spice it up as much as you want.
