My experience at Kaldi Caf isexcellent as the Pecan Pie and Coffee I regularly order there is beautiful tasting and its not too expensive with friendly and efficient service at all times!!!
Bad customer service. We gave them a second chance by coming one more time. Manger is very rude with a bad attitude and facial expression like a cats and has clearly forgotten how to smile and give good customer service with. Also you get charged $1 to scramble your eggs for the big breakfast which was very average. Do not reccomend of you don’t want a side of bad attitude with your food and coffee. Reccomend that you go next door for coffee. Will not be returning.
