Huge amount of chips from the large and potato cakes were big too. Definitely good value for money. Staff are always cheerful and while the shop’s pretty simple, the food’s amazing. Come here every week and never disappointed.
Delicious value! Family Dinner was as per menu on here and enough for family of 5. Fish battered perfectly lightly – non-greasy, lightly crunchy coating that is not overpowering, was more fish than batter…perfect! Fish nuggets very moist and tender, and crabsticks perfect. Chips were a little cardboardy when they cooled down, but large amount of everything, would highly recommend to anyone!
Worse I’ve ever hadhad seen loads of people go to that fish and chip shop so I thought I would try them, the fish was dry like they over cooked it because it was frozen, the chips were barely abled to be stomached. The size and cost of fish and chips was also a let down. Will never go back there again, even if they were giving it away
