Genuine authentic Asian meets western cuisine. Great atmosphere, great food, fast service. My only negative critique would be the slightly out dated furnishings.
Very accomodating and the food we got was so good! We had the food taken away and it was still delicious even after we left it for awhile and it became a bit cold! Everyone was very satisfied!
Did not listen to what I wanted gave me things I wasn’t happy with asked for replacement as I had given it to the dogs as it wasn’t the way I like it they would not replace it never returning again and I had been a regular for years
Lazy lazy lazy chinese food. Hot Salt and pepper squid score out of 10 = 3 Huge chunks of squid, not scored so they turned out rubbery. Mediocre batter with hardly any hint of the salt and pepper. Big chunks of shallots but hardly any garlic at all. Heat was ok. Mee Goreng score out of 10 = 2 Easily the worst mee goreng ive ever had. It was basically special fried rice replaced with noodles and peanut satay sauce. Really really bad. It’s only saving grace is that it had pleanty of meat. Fried wanton 6 score out of 10 = 4 OK, and i mean barely ok but they were over cooked past brown towards burnt. A moment longer and they would be inedible. Spring Roll 6 score out of 10 = 5 They’re packet spring rolls, not even a 5yr old can screw them up. Meal cost delivery $42.20 Do not take anyone you want to impress there, go anywhere else in the Armadale area. This place is really lazy with the food. There is a Wok in a Box down the road, much much cheaper too. Thats how bad this place is, I’m suggesting you go to wok in a box. $ to quality ratio there would be better. That’s saying something.
Pretty Good!. We have eaten at Happy Gathering for years, and there was a period about two years ago when the food was not very good. We have eaten here about 5 times in the last year and each time the food has been really great. Will definitely be eating here more.
Good chinese food after a long time in Armadale. Tried the sweet and sour pork and the fragrant chicken and loved it. Good tasty chinese food suited to the western palate and did not disappoint. Will eat there again.
1st time there and never again, totally disgusting, got takeaway the garlic prawns was like onion soup with 8 prawns hard as hell, the squid was like a smeely old fishing boat, and very expensive too, not going back ever again.
