Great Value & friendly Service.. Sumo Sushi is in a food-court setting in the Armadale Central Shopping Centre, so don’t expect a restaurant experience. However the servings are as good as many restaurants serving the same Japanese fare.I found the staff friendly and smiling, the presentation of dishes very clean.Almost all meals were priced below $10 at time of writing. I think only the Sashimi dish may have been over $13.If you are after a Japanese style meal in the area, and you don’t mind a food-court, Sumo Sushi can be recommended.If you like you can head outside to eat in the grassed amphitheatre just through the adjacent glass doors.I will be going back again.

For a quick cheap lunch during work, this is where I choose to come 85% of the time. Yes, its foodcourt Japanese so don’t expect too much. Stick to the sushi and bento boxes. I tried the ramen once…rather regrettably. They are also happy to accomodate specific roll requests by phone or if you have time you can wait five minutes or so at the counter.
