Arrived here at 10am for breakfast we waited for an hour and 20 minutes. After they told us we had only a 20 minute wait! Had to pay for sauce! Our coffees came an hour before our meals! The wait was NOT WORTH IT! Very disappointed we will not be coming back!
Waited an hour for a sandwich which came out with stale bread. The place was busy, however they did have at least 7 staff working. Won’t be rushing back. Such a shame with a beautiful location.
As a regular patron of this estabishment i completely disagree with eliza is this woman mad if maybe she had asked for a salad she would have got one and they are beautiful i eat them regularly the fish and chips are the best in the area and so are the pelican burgers. I know for a fact that the tables are cleaned EVERY MORNING AND THE AREA IS SWEPT THE CAFE ITSELF IS SPOTLESS. The atmosphere is full of character and a family owned business you and your dogs are made to feel extremely welcome this is the best cafe in the whole of yunderup and if you want a good feed this is the place to come. You also may need to take note this is a seasonal business and is usually packed if you think you can do a better job please let us know where you business is i will personally give you a write up. I am a local and disgusted with your review. I myself owned a cafe so i do know what i am talking about obviously you dont.
Pelican is a good place to go have lunch or have coffee thay have graet food and fresh salads every day and all the staff are great at what they do so keep it up and a reference to any customers im a young customer and i give pelican a 10/10 on all services and management from the staff
Run by bogans. Waitress had a cigarette behind her ear. Really??No bacon in the bacon and egg sandwich. That’s ok it only took 20 minutes to make. Good job guys.
Fish and Chips. Fish and chips was awesome but coffee was the worst I have tasted. It was like hot water with milk. Im moving to south yunderup soon and love nice strong coffee so really hope you can improve on that. Service was great and its a beautiful location to bring all our visitors. Good luck to the new owners.
