Lunch today @bariuma_au on Barrack Street Perth. We had the Kara-Tama-Uma, Nori-Tama-Uma and five pieces of gyoza. Delicious bowls of ramen was had. Love that they have a selection food with some spice in them (though they arent spicy for me). The ramen was a good size for me. The gyoza was delicious. Love the crispy layer of skin and the juiciness of the gyoza inside. Definitely coming back for more.
Hands down, this is my favorite ramen place in Perth! I love the thick broth and i especially love the thick-cut chasu!! They are awesome!!! The broth is much thicker compared to other ramen joints yet not too thick to make you bloated, and it contains flavour so rich you can want to lick the bowl empty! And seriously, i dont mind paying the hefty price of $19.90 for their Chasu-uma just to get extra 3 pieces of their yummy grilled thick-cut chasu! Although, a dollar or two cheaper would be appreciated.

New ramen restaurant in perth city. We ordered the ajitama uma that has pork, shoyu egg and some bamboo shoots and tori ajitama uma which is a chicken flavoured soup with ginger marinated drumstick. The ajitama uma roast pork is worth highlighting, it was tender and flavourful but all the other ingredients were pretty average. Flipped through the little swing menu on our table and came across tips on how to spot a fake ramen chain.
