Definitely one of the best fusion restaurants in Perth. Service, flavor and the uniqueness of how creative they were with each dishes! Can’t fault anything and worth every single penny. Their wagyu steak is to die for! The just enough charcoal flavor and perfect level of cooking.Cozy atmosphere and perfect table service.Only found out at the end all these delicious, amaze ball food were prep by a 2 Michelin stars’ chef!!
Space was minimalist, modern with a high ceiling. A bit noisy, with restaurant not completely full on a Saturday evening. Service was good.We tried all the tapas on the menu, 4 mains and Char Grilled Vegetables. Serve sizes of most dishes were bigger than tapas in most restaurants. Taste-wise it was mostly average on the deliciousness spectrum. Presentation of food was pretty for some dishes, and plain for the others.Most of us liked the Confit Duck, Kimchi Risotto and Lamb Rump mains. Wagyu 9+ was chewy and underwhelming.All the tapas delivered some flavours, though we couldn’t find the truffle in the Sukiyaki with Truffle. No stand out dish.A free celery sorbet received mix reviews.
