We came here for the first time a few weeks ago before a gig, expecting cheap and cheerful fare. It was cheap for sure (two of us ate heaps for about $40) but the quality was much better than I expected. If youre into really spicy Chinese food, youll need to ask for extra chilli.
Food was ok. Service was poor but what do you expect? It’s not hard to give us a menu, give us our teapot back and some rice. Husband wasn’t impressed at all – only came back to give this place another chance.
25/1/2017 unbelievable declines in standards. Chicken are way over cooked and seems to be in the fridge for a time or so, thus there is a strong after taste of defrosting. Steam prawns with the price is reasonably cooked but over drenched with soya sauces that makes the prawns juice by steaming disappeared. A clever way to hide freshness of the prawns. Service with out the lady boss around are notoriously bad. Not much thinking done by serving waitress whom served a table of 4 with single person tea pot. Overall disappointing …
