When I was still living in Perth, I remember this was the place for one of the tastiest strudels. While the price remained reasonable, it didnt live up to the happy memories I had of Corica. And I think the reason was because its not made fresh to order, resulting in the pastry lacking its signature crisp. Corica, please assemble the strudel upon ordering.
In terms of strudels, this place is THE place to go. Admittedly, the prices get more expensive every year, and the strudel slowly shrinks. Quickly go and go and buy this for $22 now before it becomes half the size and $30.The other desserts are also AMAZING, so go try those too.
