Stopped here because there was a line so must be good right? It was! Abundance of Yum Cha choices. Carts move round quickly you can barely eat fast enough to order more. First Yum Cha restaurant where we werent ignored. Ive been told if youre Australian you tend to get a different service and I have definitely witnessed this in other Asian restaurants. Fortune Five was excellent. Even though theres a line you dont tend to wait too long. Prices are reasonable too.

I honestly consider this the best dim sum restaurant in Perth. There is a reason why there is always a huge line up each weekend to eat here. Dumplings and buns are always fresh, tasty & excellent quality, the fried squid tentacles are to die for, and there are so many other yummy dishes to choose from, none of which have ever disappointed. Fresh, delicious & authentic dim sum, fortune five has been consistent over the many, many times I’ve eaten here.
