Was exploring in Perth CBD today and found this gem tucked away to one side of a food hall. Excellent quality coffee and some great coffee and snack deals. Staff will greet you with a smile. If you just want to grab something to go, this is well worth a visit. Be warned, you may just end up becoming a regular!
Probably the best coffee in the little Howard St block in the CBD but also one of the priciest. They do a breakfast wrap and large coffee special for $10 which is decent and I like that the wrap filling varies from your traditional bacon and eggs.I think they need to lower their muffin prices down from $6.50 though.

The menu here is fantastic, great selection and really awesome quality. My fave is the veggie stacks, they are next level mouthgasmic (Tip! Add a little chilli!). The team there nail their coffee and service – it is definitely the best on Howard Street!
