Not very good to be honest. Basically no customer service even though the 3 ladies behind the counter had nothing to do besides chat to themselves for the first 10 minutes. Upon asking about the advertised monday night special, one of these lovely ladies snapped back and said it was finished, before storming out the bar and tearing the poster down. Charming. I mean its attached to the Brass Monkey so I wasn’t expecting 10/10 service but they are obviously trying to expand their marketability into a more sit down restaurant but this was just a bad experience, and we hadn’t even ordered yet. Placed our order with the same girl who then had to tell another colleague to take over half way through as someone else was waiting to be served at the bottleshop side. Second girl ended up mixing our order up and not charging us the additional 2$ for mashed potatoe, and then had the audacity to come and ask for us to make up the difference after screwing up the order. Service was terrible and food wasnt much better.

Inedible food and slow kitchen.Waited 40 Mins just for 2 bowls of chips a salad and spring rolls. The items did not all come out at the same time.. Salmon salad was pathetic and inedible. If you are also a fan of table service that moves at the speed of a glacier then this is the place for you.

Mondays to Fridays are cheap meal nights! YAY. I tried this last night and enjoyed it! I had the fish and salad which was nice enough and my mate had the parmy which looked yum! So nice to see a healthy option available on $15 night! Ill be back! littlegirlbigfood.blogspot.com

My friends and myself had a great meal at grapeskin. The staff on that night, jayden and sherry, were especially attentive and I couldn’t fault the restaurant nor its meals.

Great food and vibe. 6 of us had dinner there on the 20/2/2015 and it was all fantastic. The group had different meals and all were very good. Steak excellent, burger great, veggie dish superb, chicken dish superb, wine great and at a good price. The only down side to this place is that they have introduced a new menu and taken off what was the best tasting plate in Perth both for value and taste. We will be going back. PS far better than Jamie Oliver’s place, where the food is flavourless, bland and over priced.

Never again. Service was very slow even though there were only two other couples in the room. We didn’t have good expectations seen as though one of the couples who had ordered food left after a few mouthfuls and the other couple who left after tasting their cocktails. Then our food comes… The garlic bread is what you would buy in the freezer section of your local supermarket which had been microwaved on the plate served to us. It was soggy on the bottom and soft on the top, thus we returned it and got a refund. The pizza base was also bought from your local supermarket and burnt around the edges yet not cooked on the bottom, not worth eating but I didn’t want to starve. So with half a pizza left, no garlic bread and a watery coke, we left with an empty stomach and a waste of money.

This place is a let down from the moment you walk in the door.Customer service is non-existent, basic food orders take 20 minutes to come to fruition and last but not least…. A wine bar with the worst, most basic wine list in Perth. I don’t know what Grapeskin is, but a wine bar/cellar it is not
