We had xmas lunch & coffee here with 2 secretaries. We ordered no butter club sandwiches and cheese platters. The coffee & drinks came first. The mugs had no handles but looking modern & trendy. The ambience is cool & airy with high ceilings and waistcoat waitresses. The service was appropriate for a slow relaxing Friday lunch. Business busy was left outside. Its part of the lobby of the Westin hotel.
For someone who love high tea, I was super excited to try out this new venue that offering this. I am totally disappointed with the food here. All the savoury on the plate are hard and cold, felt like there just taken out from the fridge/ freezer. The sweets doesn’t taste great either. The only food that taste alright was their scone. We waited quite a while to get the staff attention for some more hot water for the tea. The staffs managed to get our tea mixed up too and didn’t even tell her what tea it is when they brought it to us. Haven lounge is located in the newly open Westin hotel. The ambience of this place was lovely, great place to catch up with friends. Overall, I’m absolutely disappointed with the food and service of this place.
