Hoy Pinoy is a stall at the Night Noodle Markets. They serve a variety of Asian dishes including satays. I ordered the Liempo (BBQ pork belly with rice) for $16. There was a really long line for the stall. The pork belly was really soft and the BBQ sauce was really tangy. The rice was well cooked. The only flaw was the pork belly was quite fatty.
