Great quality, fresh sushi here that I think Jaws is well known for. This outlet was considerably quieter than the main Jaws in the Hay St Mall (tucked away slightly & sitting in the outskirts of the mall area), which is a good thing as it meant no waiting. Felt like the variety of sushi on offer here was not as large though, and a bit limited. Torched salmon aburi is so good here, as is the prawn tempura and vege tempura aburi sushi, and the tasty miso soup. Strawberry Mochi ice cream was a nice refreshing dessert to finish off our lunch. Staff were very friendly and attentive.
