Kakulas Bros in Northbridge used to be such a fantastic place to go, with well informed staff. Unfortunately, the service has deteriorated dramatically over recent yearsto a point wherethe staff when you can find them know nothing about the produce, and they don’t even care. They are also rude, and when I visited the store yesterday the young woman who served me chatted to her colleague while she served me, without any eye contact with me at all. In future I will go elsewhere unless I absolutely have to go to Kakulas Bros due to it’s very convenient location.
