Caught these guys popped up in Vic Park on Friday night. First time I have smelt Jerk chicken cooking to anything I would consider authentic for many years. I love more spice but I know this level would have been a hit for the masses. All the flavour was legit and borderline addictive. The reggae and soca on the soundsystem added to the atmosphere and made you want to eat more (essential move for any food truck/stall in my opinion) All I tried was the chicken but I would like to see what else is on offer from Kazzs. Great to have some fi real Carib cooking in WA.
