This week we were invited along to have a look at, and sample the food, of this new outlet in Northbridge. I was surprised to find it is located in what was the Telstra building in Stirling Street – I wasn’t even aware Telstra had moved out and the building is now a hostel catering to tourists and students. As I spent seven years in Telecom (which became Telstra) and was very familiar with the building (although I left a little before everybody moved in) it was good to see it being put to a better use than before.
