visit the restaurant regularly, love the food and the atmosphere. Never had a bad dish always greeted courteously and food is always super clean. Been there for many different occasions, would highly recommend for every occasion.

This place will need to lift their game to survive. The service straight off the bat was average. We sat their with bottles of wine for along time after our group had arrived, and eventually had to ask for wine glasses. We also had to ask to be served food. All of the dishes fell short in some noticeable way.Deep fried squid was floury, with some pieces over cooked, and some perfect.Shanghai dumplings tasted nice, but the pastry was a bit rubbery.Other dumplings tasted fine and generous amounts of seafood and filling, but again the wrapper was thick and rubbery, especially the coloured ones. Some of the dessert buns were undercooked and had firm instead of ‘lava’ fillings. The rice flour rolls had a lot of roll and not a lot of filling.Overall, price was very good, and the food was good, but the discerning dim sum goer would be find it hard to look past the faults, especially when there are so many places that do it so well.

Stumbled upon this eatery on Roe Street. They serve dim sum along with a variety of noodle and rice dishes, and are open till late. Portions sure are generous, though you can find better dim sums elsewhere in Perth.
