Below average food and service. Went to see what the hype was and regretted it before I even got my food. Servers were not interested and barely broke a smile. A bit on the pricey side however felt like it was worth a try. Waited a solid ten minutes for the food (chicken and chips) therefore expected the order to be piping hot, opened the box and the food was barely warm. Thought it might pull through with the taste however it was not flavourful at all!Chips were drowned in sauce. Instant food regret. Never again. I dont recommend this food joint at all, do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.
not a fan of their food but definitely a fan of their purpose. service was slow even though there was just two customers including myself and two servers. overall experience was poor and the food was average. waited over 10minutes and food was luke warm. i wouldve taken it back if i hadnt already left the store. real dissappointing
Together with a friend we decided to check out this place for dinner. Grabbed an original burger and spicy burger, munch box of onion rings and sweet potato fries and box of vegan nuggets and fries topped with parisian sauce. They forgot and added salt although I asked for no salt on my fries. I liked the onion rings and classic fries the best as the sweet potato fries turned soggy real quick. Preferred the original burger over spicy burger even though they are similar, the spicy burger seems to have a sour taste – maybe due to the added pickles?
Saw the large sign for Chick’n Chips passing by and thought I would give it a go. 20 seconds after ordering I notice the menu is vegan, no indication from the cashier when I asked for chicken. I asked for a refund and was told it wasn’t possible as the food was already on. This was just before 6pm, their busiest time of the day.The chips were underdone and bits that were cooked tasted like cardboard. Customer service was non-existent. Don’t get me started on whatever the crap they’re trying to market as chicken is.AVOID
I bought the sweet potato fries, got about half way through the box and eventually I bit into a fry that tasted like it had detergent on it. Absolutely disgusting. I do not recommend.
Have only ever eaten via UberEats, always pretty quick and great tasting vegan food. Just wish UberEats would fix the radius so the place would start popping up again as an option
Damn, I would love to give this place a higher rating because the overall taste of the food is great. Service is bad, always getting something wrong with the order. Pricey for a tiny ammount of food. Asked for sweet’n’sour sauce seperately from the fries, received my fries DRENCHED in sweet chilli sauce and MAYO which I did not ask for. Tried to eat it but underneath they were swimming in sauce, soggy and unedible. Burgers don’t have tomato in them? What the heck…? Milkshakes are made from storebought vegan icecream, they don’t even try to hide this fact. I would come back if they changed their prices to a reasanable ammount.
