My favorite quick to-go Japanese fast food in city. Plenty of choices from sushi, sashimi, and rice dishes (both donburi and bento box) were packed and layed out nicely on display with its vibrant colour ready to catch the eyes of customers.My favorite would be the karaage chicken bowl and the teriyaki fish. Yes for me bowl is enough as I don’t see the value of the add-ons in the bento box. Portion is just nice for lunch, although they can afford with extra rice. Staffs are polite and nice.
A small range of the usual hot dishes on offer e.g. katsu and teriyaki, which suits the office workers in the area, and sushi options. Service is always polite and efficient. I’d go more often if there was a wider selection of dishes.
Going to this restaurant was by-far one of the best places I’ve been here in Perth. Although the parking was really hard to find and expensive the food, service and atmosphere was really great. I ordered the chicken katsu Don and I wasn’t able to finish it because I was SOOO full! The portion size was generally large! It was my first time trying the wagyu beef and this place made me crave it everyday…. the service was also fantastic – we had a miscalculation on our order and the waitress corrected it for us with a BIG smile on her face! I was so content from this experience, going to take my husband here next time 🙂
This is the Matsuri located at Enex 100 food court. Nothing special really, but a good stop if you need something quick. As with many Japanese food outlet, the prepacked sushi and bento box are usually half price in the afternoon (I think around 4pm) or sometimes they do a buy one get one. Sushi and bento box taste pretty standard really, but for half price they are pretty good. I found some of the food (like chicken teriyaki/karaage) to be really salty, even when eaten with rice, they are still quite salty.
Amazing food, amazing service and located at the heart of Perth CBD! I’ve been here a couple of times and the food has always been on point! Last time I ordered the vegetarian sushi as an entree and the terriyaki chicken as a main. The sushi was lovely; perfectly cooked rice, excellent technique of the rolling, asparagus was cooked how I like it with abit of crunch and the seaweed on top looked beautiful and was light and sweet! My main was so delicious aswell & I got a whole extra bowl of sauce for free! Well cooked chicken and the terriyaki sauce was sticky and full of flavour. All in all, excellent commerical japanese restuarant that I would highly recommend!

Limited sushi options. The food was good and the portions were generous. However, they barely have much on offer in terms of sushi variety.
