To void the crowded in CBD branch, we decide to come this new branch yesterday night to celebrate Mothers Day. As always they only have two waitress to work even its a busy! Manager or owner should put one more staff at least specially on any occasion day! The two waitress did very well, they work so hard but obviously they only have 4 hands and the whole restaurant is full! Therefore, we need to wait quite long to get serve. But they trying so hard to serve everyone of us, good job! The other things is they changed the grill things… prefer the old one! Our meat burn easily in this new pattern griller specially the pork belly! And also that is not suitable to cook the beef brisket, prefer the old one which can keep the sauce with the meat! This new griller just make all the meat stick on it! Hope they can stick to the old griller!
We heard that Palsaik Namoo was opening a branch in Northbridge a few months back and decided we had to give it a go. Tonight we decided to try it out. The wait was tremendously long(close to 30 minutes) only cause there were only 2 girls working. They worked really hard and quick. Can’t fault them even though they forgot a few of our orders. But that was due to them being super busy. Owners should plan better for Friday nights. The food was delicious and in good size portion. Atmosphere was casual and relaxing. We’ll probably come back again but with cash on hand as they only accept cash at the moment. That was the only other downside. We weren’t told at the start that it was cash only. Overall they did okay.
Excellent value! The food and service was great and I would come back again for sure. They didnt have eftpos working at the time we went but they told us when we rocked up. 10/10 will return.
