In my opinion, I think this is, hands down, the best tonkotsu ramen in Perth. The portion was quite big, the price was reasonable, and the broth was amazingThe place was pretty small so most likely you will have to queue to get a seat.

Was super excited to try this place out after hearing so many rave reviews and it definitely didnt disappoint. Ordered the regular tonkotsu with the normal option selected for everything on the order slip. Broth was a bit rich for my liking so Id probably opt for the lighter option next time, however the flavours and noodles were really good. Im not sure how to rate this because Im still unsure about how much I actually liked the ramen itself but the service was prompt and friendly and Id definitely go back.

It is a really cozy place. Delicious meal here! We ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen and the Red Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen with flavoured egg. What a delicious bowl of noodles! Love the thick and rich flavoured broth. The red spicy ramen wasnt spicy for me but just as tasty. The flavoured egg was delicious. Cooked to perfection. Love the complimentary beansprouts and boiled eggs. Definitely coming back for more!

Very cool place with very cool ramen. Cosy atmosphere and prices decent. You could get your own boiled egg from the basket on the table which was pre funky. Got the black spicy special which was nice and the spice wasnt overbearing. Broth was super thick and creamy, but you could customize your entire meal to have it exactly how you wanted it.

A fast paced eat out spot for a delicious ramen! Loved this quirky spot that offered could complimentary hard boiled eggs and bean sprouts along with a pestle and mortar to grind our own sesame seeds. We ordered the plain ramen, and two black spicy ramen with strong soups and less oil. I love how we can customise the ramen down to soup strength, oil or noodle thickness and they had a variety of toppings to pick from to add onto the meal. Loved it so much I went looking for ramen again the next day….

We had the ramen with boiled eggs and all you can eat bean sprouts. The soup was thick and rich. Some thought it was too salty but once mixed with bean sprouts it was just ok. The kids didn’t appreciate the boiled eggs and thick noddles but the older folks loved it. There was a queue outside & they take your order in the queue. When seated your order is delivered. A system that could go wrong if you don’t identify yourself on your order form. We got the drinks for the next table served to us. Easily resolved as we didn’t order drinks and had the house water. The service is fast and soon the bellies were full of boiled eggs, bean sprouts, ramen and thick consomme. The tables are not large & if you are a group of 5 or more you need to share tables. Fast food full feed fun.

Conveniently located next to QV1 and in melbourne hotel is this ramen place that everyone is talking about. I decided to give it a go on Sunday afternoon and queue for an hour to get into this restaurant. There were complimentary hard boiled eggs, bean sprout and sesame that you can ground with a mortar and pestel. I had the tonkotsu ramen and it was perfect. The broth is thick and porky and ramen was cooked to perfection.
